Kooks teases its S550 axle-back in advance of the SEMA show

We’ve seen a flurry of exhaust systems introduced for the latest Mustang, but a few noted players were keeping their cards close to the vest. One such outfit is Kooks Headers & Exhaust, known for its high-performance, race-proven long-tube headers and full exhaust systems.
Well, thanks to the power of the Internet and our friends at Lethal Performance, we get our first look at Kooks’ forthcoming axle-back system set to bow at the SEMA show in a matter of weeks. Better yet, we learned that hot on the heels of the axle-back is a full cat-back system designed to mate with Kooks’ new S550 long-tube headers.
The axle-back systems are expected to retail in the $600 range depending on what exhaust tip option you order. We’ll bring you more on these systems in the future, but for now enjoy these CAD drawings of the Kooks axle-back.
