If you’ve been waiting for a supercharged S550 that you can drive right off the dealer lot, your wait is over. You can now order the top-of-the-line Roush Stage 3 Mustang, which packs a 630-horspower supercharged Coyote under the hood and still carries a warranty.

Since its introduction the Roush version of the 2015 Mustang garnered plenty of positive feedback about its revamped styling, particularly the new front fascia. Now those body parts are available from Roush Performance if you’d like to add a bit of the Roush look to your S550.

“Truth is, there is nothing quite as intense as the raw power of a 5.0-liter V8 engine, but when you add Roush Performance’s new 2015 2.3-liter TVS supercharger to the mix, you’ve got a whole new beast on your hands,” says the company. “The pungent combination makes for a staggering power output of more than 630 horsepower—a power per liter rating that no other competitive OE American muscle car can compete with (not even a certain hellacious feline).”

Topped by a 2.3-liter TVS Roushcharger, the new-school Coyote under the hood of the RS3 cranks out 630 horsepower. You can also choose the optional active exhaust system, which allows you to change the exhaust tone and volume from an app on your phone.

Naturally, the RS3 also features a completely worked over visage courtesy of the company’s functional bodywork, including high-flow grilles, a front fascia, a front splitter, a rear deck spoiler, and a rear valance. The grilles are designed to better supply air to the engine for cooling and breathing, while the body makeover improves the car’s downforce at speed.

To highlight many of these upgrades, Roush produced this video…

One of the coolest features available on the new Roush Mustang is the optional Roush Active Performance Exhaust System. Breathing out through the four tips, the active exhaust allows the car owner to adjust the tone and volume of the exhaust via a mobile-phone app!

There is no mistaking that the RS3 isn’t a standard-issue Mustang. From the optional quad-tip exhaust to the decklid black out, the superhcharged Mustang is sharp.

Another cool piece of optional tech is a Front Curb Avoidance System that alerts you to the presence of curbs and parking blocks so you don’t plow your Roush front splitter into obstacles and damage it.

That could happen, because the RS3 is lowered via a coil-over suspension. The base suspension upgrade features a one-adjustment coil-over, but you can opt for three-way-adjustable coil-over if you really plan to work the car out on the autocross or road course.

“The 2015 Roush Stage 3 Mustang is being hailed as the most powerful and well-balanced production Mustang to launch out of the Roush Performance garage—the ultimate in American muscle,” says the company. “Jack Roush’s vision shines through this perfect combination of raw power and meticulous handling and braking capabilities, providing the driver access to the robust attitude and performance of a racecar, while maintaining a comfortable and uniquely Roush driving experience.”

If the RS3 gets your motor running, you can click over to the company’s dealer locator to find a Roush dealer near you.
