If you dropped your 2015+ Mustang with lowering springs, the factory suspension doesn’t offer much in the way of adjustability. To restore the front suspension geometry to its factory settings or dial in more aggressive settings for the autocross or road course, you could use a set of adjustable caster/camber plates. J&M Products has a new option.

J&M Caster/Camber Plates for 2015 and newer Mustangs (PN 24230; $278.8) offer bolt-on adjustability of both caster and camber for owners of lowered S550s.

“J&M Products Caster/Camber Plates are the best way to properly align your S550 Mustang’s front suspension,” says the company. “Our patented plate design works perfect on stock and lowered Mustangs. J&M’s design is the only caster/camber plate, which allows for independent adjustment of camber and caster for the S550 platform Mustang’s. The stock 2015 Mustang has no provision for camber or caster adjustment.”

These bolt-on plates require no drilling and offer caster and camber adjustments with a range of .7 degrees for the former and 1.75 degrees for the latter. These settings can be changed right at the top of the strut tower and the plates’ spherical bearings are rugged enough not to deflect out of adjustment.

Better yet, if you are the original owner of the J&M Caster/Camber Plates for 2015 and newer Mustangs (PN 24230; $278.8) they will carry a lifetime warranty. If you have any questions about these parts, you can check out this thread on our forum.

The J&M plates offer an independent range of adjustment from 1.75 degrees of camber adjustment and 0.7 degrees.
