As Focus fans, we have long been jealous of Europe. They always get the good stuff first. Ford is finally sharing the same car with the entire world, but Europe still got the first crack at these impressive machines. We have been fortunate enough to ride in the new Focus RS, and after that tease we are still eagerly anticipating an opportunity to drive one.

As Chief Engineer of the Focus RS, Tyrone Johnson has all the pressure of making the car worthy of the RS badge. Fortunately he gets to relieve some of that pressure by driving the finished product.

When that time comes, it’s unlikely it will be at a historic racetrack in the UK, so it’s pretty cool that Ford filmed some 360-degree videos of drivers navigating the storied track.
