You could win a modded 2015 Mustang from Hooker Headers

There are plenty of opportunities out there on the Internet to win a new Mustang, which is definitely a good thing. It’s a great thing if you haven’t found a spot in your budget or garage for a new Mustang yet. After all, who wouldn’t make room for a new Mustang?
Of course the prize in most of those contests is a stock Mustang, which is cool. However, wouldn’t it be even cooler to win a modded 2015 Mustang that’s already tested its mettle on this year’s Power Tour? Well, that’s just the opportunity that Hooker Headers is presenting with its 2015 Blackheart Ford Mustang Giveaway.
“The Mustang features a set of Hooker Blackheart premium 304 stainless steel long-tube headers mated to a full stainless 3-inch Hooker Blackheart exhaust system making sure to turn heads wherever you go,†says the company. “An Airaid cold air intake will allow this pony to breathe while a DiabloSport Trinity T1000 tuner unlocks the added power from the intake and exhaust. NOS is developing an application-specific nitrous kit for the Mustang’s 5.0-liter Coyote powerplant, putting more power on tap should you choose to install and use it!â€
We would definitely chose to use it, but Hooker’s Blackheart Mustang isn’t just modded for more horsepower. Its handling is sharpened with a set of Eibach handling springs. Likewise the shifting of the MT-82 six-speed manual’s shifting is much more precise thanks to the addition of an MGW shifter.
“The winner of the Hooker Blackheart Mustang Giveaway (and a guest) will be flown to the Holley Performance Products headquarters in Bowling Green, Kentucky, to take delivery of the car and will be treated to a parade lap around the new 3.5-mile NCM Motorsports Park road course!†says the company.
There are also a variety of prizes for the second- through sixth-place finishers. The five runner-ups will score $1,000 in parts from the Holley family of companies. Likewise, the third-through sixth-place finishers will score some swag from Hooker, NOS, or DiabloSport.
